Kyle Elsner, Staff Writer
Kyle Elsner is a sophomore in his first year as a staff writer for the Hi-Tide newspaper. Elsner is new to La Jolla High School and Journalism class, but not to writing in general.
When Elsner was ten years old, he wrote his own superhero comics and short stories. He has also written poetry; both in and outside of school.
He looks forward to having a successful year in the class and getting to know other writers he can learn from. Elsner hopes to combine his knowledge of sports and writing to provide the students of La Jolla High School with the best possible recaps of important and recent games. He wants to give his fellow students faith in athletic programs on campus by publishing articles to widen their understanding of sports.
