Katherine Brunette is 15 and a sophomore at La Jolla High School. This is her first year in journalism and she is excited to be a reporter for the Hi-Tide newspaper. While she has no prior experience in journalism, Katherine looks forward to improving her writing skills and contributing to the school newspaper. She is ecstatic to start her journaling career while making a positive impact and informing people of fascinating things that are happening on campus. Some of Katherine’s personal goals are to ask intriguing questions, with lots of details and good follow-up questions, to become a fabulous reporter, and to become a better writer in general.
