Alyssa Willkom-Zigler is a junior at La Jolla High who is beginning her first year of journalism. She chose journalism in hopes of improving her speaking and writing ability this year. She is excited to be a part of the Hi-Tide and learn about the inner workings of a live paper. In Alyssa’s free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, swimming at the beach, and practicing for cheer. Along with writing, Alyssa hopes to further her knowledge of becoming a journalist, reporter, interviewer, and speaker. Alyssa hopes to have a great year and excel in whatever tasks or subjects she is given.
