Sophia Pulido-Clark is a senior at La Jolla High and is in her first year of journalism. She chose journalism in hopes of gaining knowledge from new experiences this year. Her goals include having conversations with new people, as well as improving her speaking skills. She also hopes to get out of her comfort zone. Outside of school, Sophia enjoys a beach day with her friends, listening to music, running, and sunset hikes. She is looking forward to writing articles for the Hi-Tide this year and to better her writing skills. Sophia is excited to get to know new people and to expand on her knowledge of journalism.
