Shayne Schoenberger is a dedicated Sophomore at La Jolla High School and this is her first year being a part of the Hi-Tide staff. She is thrilled to be in Journalism because she hopes to enhance her writing skills and gain experience in storytelling. She wishes to focus on writing about sports journalism this year. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer and field hockey, spending time with friends, and going to the beach. She is excited to learn new things and get to know her school better. Shayne hopes to have an eventful year and is excited to expand on her knowledge of journalism while contributing to the Hi-Tide.
