Kella Hambrick is a freshman at La Jolla High School. She is a new member of the Hi-Tide and has always enjoyed writing. She is excited to explore journalism with the Hi-Tide. Some of Kella’s hobbies include reading, drawing, writing, and field hockey. One goal she has for journalism class is to become a stronger writer. She is looking forward to writing more stories and learning new writing skills. She wants to get better at being outgoing when talking to people and exploring interviewing people. She is excited to get to know other people for who they are and write about them and the things going on around her. She is very excited to become a new member of the Hi-Tide staff as writing is something she really enjoys.
