Q: What type of training did they make you do, and which one was the hardest?
AM: “We used to, I don’t know if they still do it, something called hell week. This lasted 1–2 weeks, and we had to train 2 times a day, it was a lot of running to get in form“
TB: “They make us do workouts since January, and we have to do conditioning, where we lift weights. Conditioning is the hardest because we run and that’s very tiring“
Q: Was it difficult to balance homework and sports? In which ways?
AM: “I always had parents that kept me at bay, they said that studying and school comes first. After that came sports. We didn’t have TV, and it was easier for me to do homework because we didn’t have TV“
ER: “No, but it is difficult if you don’t manage your time. For example, if you do it during your free time, you won’t stress. But if you do it last minute, you’ll get stressed“
Q: What were the coaches like? Were they very strict?
AM: “The coaches have always been very demanding for us to keep going forward”
RS: “It’s a good amount of hard, they yell at us sometimes, but it’s good that they yell, to keep us in check”
“My favorite part is probably before the games because it gets really hype.” – Taylor Beck
